When it comes to repairing the damage
that bad habits bring,
the mighty Alexander technique is still the best!
Have you always had a good back?
Well, that’s odd. Most people haven’t.
Like, eight out of ten people! It’s a bit like love.
It seems everybody hurts sometime!
Statistics, from the Aust. Bureau of Stats.,
indicate that in the last 14 days
one quarter of the population over fifteen
would have had their routines disrupted
or have taken a day out of their normal routines
because of back pain!
That’s people without any specific condition at all.
If we include those with particular problems,
close to one third of the population took a day out
because of back pain.
Just good old bad back and ‘slipped disc’ is costing us
around four hundred million dollars a year.
You might wish all that money came to to you!
But the truth is that it wouldn’t really buy you a good back.
Why?
Because manipulation and adjustment
don’t last. The usual interventions are only
temporary solutions.
Worse, you become addicted to going back again
and again!
Or you'll keep using the tablets
just to stay in the race.
You just keep on doing the things
that put you out of balance and wreck
your natural movement and co-ordination.
You have dismantled your invisible integrity!
That's what bad habits do!
Of course you’ll likely stick to your bad habit
even if it’s killing you!
Hey it isn’t just a bad back that can
make you stagger about in pain!
It could be your knee or your neck
with a stubborn pain that won’t go away.
It might be be a bad ankle that gets no better.
Perhaps you get headaches far too often.
The list is big!
Once again the standard interventions
can turn out to be temporary because
our difficulties are usually all about
tension, stress, strain and poor use
of our mind/body interface
during daily activity.
There’s got to be a better way to get better,
and there is!
Learn to cut across the habits of a lifetime
and restore ease, lightness and freedom
in our actions and movements.
Reconnect to your invisible integrity!
That’ll fix it!

You're the best.
Hello all..
I want to leap in and start like this!
You're the best!
Closer than your Lap top, more intimate than your iPod
and handier than your iPad;
your psycho-biological organism is still the latest
and the greatest PC on earth.
And it's loaded with numberless
applications from birth.
applications from birth.
'OneTouch'
Surrounding you is your own personal 'Touch' field.
You only have to learn to make it active.
Though most us seem to be still on a
'sleep' setting, waking up the waking self
only takes the right touch!
'sleep' setting, waking up the waking self
only takes the right touch!
When your own touch field is active then
one glance from the awakened mind and change begins.
One touch from the awakened body and
regeneration commences.
regeneration commences.
Power up your personal touch field.
Make it active for a better life experience.
Make it active for a better life experience.
Touch on it to be free of stiffness, tension, strain,
pain, stress and distress.
pain, stress and distress.
One touch begins to release the causes of body
aches, back pain, neck pain, knees, wrists, feet.
aches, back pain, neck pain, knees, wrists, feet.
One touch to feel emotional intensity dissolve.
One touch to bring true relaxation.
Your imagination is not imaginary!
Create your own personal 'icon'.
An image, an impression.
An image, an impression.
Change your body's response by one touch
on that impression in your surrounding field.
on that impression in your surrounding field.
If you create an image of the 'you' that you
want to become, one touch can redirect
your life toward that new experience.
want to become, one touch can redirect
your life toward that new experience.
I see people for individual sessions and small groups... I run 'OneTouch' ~ a short course to getting better... really better!
Would I like to see you? 'course I would!

About Me
- Robert Macleod
- I'm from Ourimbah on the east coast of Aus. A once tiny town that wound up with a freeway up its ar...mpit. I took off for England in my early twenties to pursue a career in music. It all went well. Then in 1979 I discovered the Alexander Technique and began to train as a teacher. I completed training and turned up in Perth at the beginning of 1983.
